LOGO DESIGN

There is a great deal of misunderstanding about logo design in our culture. Some are oblivious to the impact of logos. Some know what a logo is, but would have no idea in calculating their worth and then some live and breathe to create a solid corporate identity. I can't say where I fall into that scale, but I would have to say that I consider graphic design the "younger brother" to the illustration profession. So, if I am both an illustrator and a designer, does that make me my own sibling?...
