THE HAWK CHILDREN
This picture was for a short story I wrote about when our family found a baby hawk in our backyard. The entire summer we were wading through corn stalks catching fat grasshoppers to feed the hawk. Well, as magical and inspiring as that synopsis may sound, the story remains unpublished.
